Commuting Students
About 15% of our students commute to campus. It’s a great choice for students looking to balance personal or family commitments with their education, and for students already working full time while enrolled at Nichols.
With commuter meal plans, our Campus Activities Board and Commuter Committee host events and giveaways specially intended for commuter students including lunch meetings, bingo nights, and drive in movie theatres. With lots of lounge space, our commuters find lots of opportunities to enjoy the Nichols community.
Commuter students have access to lounge space on campus that can be found in the Fels Student Center and the Academic Building as well as having full access to the Library – including study rooms!
For leisure time, commuters are able to utilize the Athletic Center, attend games and events happening on campus.
